To all of you - thank you so much for appreciating my picture.Rob - Unfortunately the Li has been over-fished and there is very little cormorant fishing left. This has led the community to resort to tourism. It is still a well-worth visit if you can manage to put up with the back-packers town of Xing Ping. Sailing down the Li river on a bamboo flat boat pre-dawn is awesome. The topography is stunning. I listened to the Big Blue soundtrack on my iPhone, which compounded the experience.
