G'day *LYDIA*!Why oh why has no-one commented on this before????? Beats me!
I reckon it is arguably the best of your series due to the following:
1. Your composition shows off this metal monster extremely well with plenty of room around the subject.
2. Your point of view displays the engine and part of the carriages well and takes advantage of the light coming into the tunnel and kissing the carriages.
3. Your exposure for all the smoke and steam and that cycloptic eye is spot on and also shows the engines structure naturally and clearly without that horrible HDR look.
4. Your depth of field, focus and focal point have delivered great clear detail.
5. That weak beam of light is a delightful touch.
I can almost smell it!!! 8-)

Hi Lydia, gorgeous, but then I love old steam engines. We have an oldy here in Calgary owned by the CPR, but the CEO says it is a hazard to run. Time he was run out of town on the rails lol #11495482
