Very nice Portrait! #7792435Gail Sullivan August 12, 2009
Jeffrey...the lighting is wonderful and just enough detail in the shadows. To me, his expression is a mystery. Is he about to break into a smile? Is he sad and about to cry? I keep looking! #7842815Peter W. Marks August 15, 2009
Hi Jeffrey. I am not sure what it is that makes this portrait seem very different than your previous ones which I have admired so much. Probably it is the lighting and for this particular subject it really works well. What I am seeing here is a metaphor with light and dark representing life and then the passing into the hereafter.Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
