Pardington Cove Tie Up [Photography Contest Nature & Landscape Photos]
Uploaded: July 06, 2010 10:49:22
Used as a loading point for tanbark in around the turn of the nineteenth century,
Partington Cove's history comes alive as you walk through the 60 foot tunnel
and pop out in a secluded cove where rusty remains of the loading apparatus perch on the rocks.

High impact photo with that huge crashing wave, Julianne. Until I read, I thought that was a human meditating on the rocks indifferent to the thunder. Let's call him Rusty. Love your composition!!! #8740333Jack Ryan July 07, 2010
