It's in the City Park in front of our suburb's new City Hall. There is a fairly large Splash Pad (maybe 4" deep, and frozen in Winter.)This is the segment of a two-part sculpture. There is a circular one in the middle of the Pad (that's the water spray part.) This is the larger, heavier one, shaped like a big U on the edge of the Pad. There are more pictures in my gallery (new) and some from last Summer also.
The slightest change in my position produces the coolest pix. #8351730
