Nothin' like a plate full of crawfish in New Orleans. It's a learned skill to peel and eat them...
Like they say, pull the tail and suck the head...LOL!!! They're serious, pulling the tail gets the meat, sucking the head gets the great juices the crawfish was cooked in.
Bon Appetite!

This image looks good enough to eat! I love em. I love Cajun food in general Rhonda. The food is one of the best things about New Orleans. Pull the tail, suck the head works for me. Oh, don't forget the ice cold beer. #7868865
