Trailing Begonias

Uploaded: September 28, 2002 22:04:11

Description

It was a rather dreary Autumn day and a hearty basket of late blooming begonias and ivy caught my eye. Taken with a Nikon F65, hand-held, manual focus, auto settings, no special lenses or filters used, unedited except for the added border, available/natural lighting only.

I like the softness of this very much, Loralee. The colors compliment each other well, also. What film were you using here? Great color without being too "bright". Nice shot. #9961

Thanks Piper!
I was just using a roll of Kodak 400 on this day, which was a sort of dull and rainy one and accounts for the softness I think. I thought the DOF could have been a bit less as I was taking it, but it turned out fairly close to what I had hoped for it! Thanks again for your compliment! #16102
