Very cool - what effect did you use for this? Some type of plug-in or Photoshop? #1334400

Michelle: The HDR effect came from the program Photomatix. I think you can download a trial version from their website. Better Photo offers an HDR class, and that is where I discovered Photomatix. I use Aperture and Photomatix appears as a plugin when you install it. The diffusion filter is part of Tiffen dfx. About a zillion different filter effects. #9091367

Great job on the vintage look Greg! The bottles lend themselves very well to these tones. I like the curve on the right side, because normally you are expecting to see a straight line. I use Photomatix also, but truthfully, I like & use my Topaz filters more. I am going to check out the diffusion filter you mentioned. Again well done! Congrats on your DD feature. Sara:) #9106894

Sara: Thanks! I downloaded a trial version of Topaz, but didn't buy it....maybe I will take a second look at it, as many BP folks seem to use it.

And if I had any idea what the Digital Darkroom #93 was and where to find it, I would probably be glad about it too! #9107742
