Hot and Cold Running Wrinkled Piggies

Uploaded: June 21, 2005

Description

My four year old's monster feet as he was lounging in the tub. I tried to have fairly obvious warm and cold colours (feet vs. background with the duck helping the feet). Filter applied to the whole thing, then smudged all but the feet. Loved the way the filter added to the wrinkled look on his feet. I wanted it to be the sort where you look at it and think "is it a photograph or a painting".

Sara, I forgot to say that the duck behind the feet provides a perfectly added point of interest!! ;o) #1508808

Thank you. My son now has been trying to get me to take more pictures of his feet in the tub. Pretty much every night when he starts lounging like he was doing there he yells for me to go get the camera. =) #1510757

Sara fun and creative. Unique foot image. Love that ducky.

Thank you Kerby, glad you like it. The duck made me laugh because it sort of made his feet look bigger than they are IRL. He has size 12 1/2 which is pretty big for a just turned 4 year old, but the ducky being on the opposite side of the tub gave a warped perspective that I thought made it more interesting. #1517250
