"let me in"

Uploaded: February 08, 2010

Description

came in to have lunch and their he was sitting on my window sill. He saw me but he just sat there eating the seed that had fallen on the sill from the snow storm we had. He was really funny he just kept looking at me I think he was waiting for me to knock on the window because I am always chancing him off the feeder. I always have my camera sitting on my counter because I never know who is going to visit my feeder.

These fox squirrels are so much more attractive than the grey squirrels. We have two that live in our trees but just two miles away in town there are nothing but the gray tree rats.
We just accept that our pair eat a large part of the bird seed we put out but it is fun to watch them just a few feet away from the window by my computer.
Thanks for sharing this Rita. #8367326

Very nice capture Rita. They really do look like I do when I am cold and want in. I like let me in the best with the excellent detail lighting and BG. #8367483

Nice fun capture Rita. Excellent detail.

I know you enjoy stretching your PSE7 legs, so give this a try to make this little guy stand out a bit more.

Apply the shadows/highlights tool with equal settings of 25 on both sliders. Apply the high pass filter using the soft light blend. Flatten image. Then duplicate the result and blend using 100% soft light blend. #8367589
