Don't Quit
Uploaded: February 02, 2010
...Success is failure turned inside out, the silver tint of the clouds of doubt,
And when you never can tell how close you are,
It maybe near when it seems afar,
So stick to the fight when you're the Hardest Hit-it's when things seem worst-
You Must Not Quit!
I recently read the poem "Don't Quit" by Edgar Lewis. It is a beautiful inspirational poem that I read almost every day. The whole poem would not fit so I quoted the last half of the poem. I thought it fit the shot I took of my son this past weekend at his district swim meet. We are so proud of him and his hard work! He did not Quit! He metaled one out three events.

A fine action image and wise words, Lauren. Looks like your son swims butterfly...tough stoke! I stuck with free style.Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
