Eyes Of Green
Uploaded: December 08, 2009
Selective Color - I wanted to use color to bring attention to the eyes. I used 2 versions of the file from Lightroom. One I reduced the saturation on the entire image 70% for the background. On the other I removed all the colors except for yellow and green under the individual color adjustments. In CS4 I copied the overall desaturated image into the other one and then removed the area around the eyes so the color from the layer beneath would come through for just the eyes.
I'm sorry I haven't been around much. I was visiting my daughter in Oregon and then came down with a bug when I got home. I will try to catch up throughout this week.
