Description

Subject is Motion. This was taken Sunday, Nov. 1, at the BP Photoshoot in NYC. It was early morning near Times Square. Panning the traffic to get the blur from the neon was suggested by Jim Miotke. Results- a few hits, many misses, and lots of fun!

Exif: F Number: 9.5, Exposure Bias Value: -1.00, ExposureTime: 1/8 seconds, Flash: did not fire., ISO: 200, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 18.00 mm, Model: NIKON D300

I can't say ths was a lucky shot. Under Jim Miotke's direction with the neon signs as background, and a history of skill building from many hours spent panning birds, panning a taxi was actually easier than hailing a taxi in NYC.
