Gulf Sunset

Oct 31, 2009. Gulf of Mexico sunset from Everglades National Park, just west of Flamingo near the campgrounds. I was set up on my tripod waiting for the sun to reach the horizon. As if on cue a flock of shorebirds landed about 15 feet in front of me just as the sun was setting. This was my Halloween treat.
