Union of the Nyala's

Uploaded: October 12, 2009

Description

Two Nyala bucks are in the process of their mating "dance". While in South Africa we watched them in this dance for about 30 minutes. It looks like slow motion prancing, heads down, and the hair on their backs stands up straight. The dance lasts until one of them gives up and the winner "gets the gal"!

thank you Carolyn and Dominick. I appreciate your positive feedback.

As to who won---actually when the dance stopped, there were no longer any females to be seen. All for not! #8035267
