Thats a cute one Rita...I would do a bit of cropping..from the right edge halfway to the tip of his beak, and from the top halfway to the water line.. #1185543

thank you Tony out of the whole aquarium they were so fun to watch. I found that taking pictures at the aquarium wasn't much fun because my ISO had to be up high 800 or 900 this one was at a 1000 to be able to hand hold the camera and get a half way picture. is there any hints out there I don't know about? here the crop you suggested #7990131

I cannot take a decent picture at the aquarium because of the low light. I think you did a fantastic job with the light you had. He is SOOO cute. #7991401

This is an adorable photo Rita. I think you did a great job for hand holding a camera. The only trick I know is to take a tripod. But then if you've got slow shutters, the fish (or whatever) will be blurry. I don't really do animals so I guess I'm not much help. :) #7991652

I've had the same issue with lighting at aquariums too, there really isn't much you can do about it that I know of other than cranking up the ISO or using a flash...I like the new crop BTW #7992162

Great capture Rita - aquariums are really tough. I think you got a wonderful shot here and Tony's crop suggestion was perfect.

We did Monterey Bay Aquarium at the Summit and the only suggestions from the instructors were to use fast lenses and off camera flash to avoid reflections. No tripods allowed in the aquarium. I got a few decent shots with these methods, but very few. #7992476
