Description

This one was shot up in the Santa Monica Mountains where I spend much time just outside of Los Angeles. I did a little bit of bushwacking through old trail that was almost gone to get here. There are tons of ticks out here in the hills so I had to flick a few of the clothes. Great, all I need is a case of lyme disease or spotted fever or whatever local desease they inflict out here in these parts.

*The title comes from the plant name. You can find Live Forevers clings to the sandstone rock walls in the Santa Monicas just about everywhere.

This is gorgeous, Steve...I almost said, "well worth the ticks" but perhaps that goes too far. At least you found them before they had embedded in your scalp (where I always find them) or worse!
