Taken yesterday afternoon in full sun of my bed of purple coneflowers that are in full bloom right now - camera on auto everything.
Really zapped with buzz simplifier.
I thought ya'll needed a break from kitties.

Thanks everyone - Don, Kelly, Tom (if you lived close enough I would gladly share. They are pink and purple coneflowers - don't know if they will grow where you live or not. Thanks Melissa, Cathy (I have no idea, I just push and pull those little buttons - I think I should actually start some kind of journal or notebook so if I ever have to duplicate any of this stuff I will know what I did), Vicki (there are more kitties to come), Patty, Nobi, Gail and Wendy (my coneflowers never completely quit blooming all winter - it never got below about 30 degrees here and that was only short lived. In fact we had snow (for exactly 10 minutes one day and melted as fast as it landed for the most part) and I have an image of a coneflower with snow on it) This is my best year yet with them. I keep adding to the patch so they will have lots.) #1345572

Thank you Jill, Laura, Stan and Kathleen - this is one of those things I have learned here at BP - Instead of shooting straight at or down onto this bunch of coneflowers I got down real low and shot just across the top of a boxwood hedge(the light green foreground) and kind of up at the coneflowers - really made a difference in how the image looked. I just keep learning from all you guys all the time. #1350186
