Cool Splash image Jeff!! Aren't these fun?? :) Your lime looks great and is in perfect focus! I'd like to see more room at the top of the image as the splash looks cramped to me. #1172405

This is great Jeff. I need to learn how to do this - not only do they look cool but it seems like it would be fun too! #7886556

I like this Jeff! I STILL haven't done that assignment from quite some time ago. I need some free time. Spent my "free time" yesterday doing 2 1/2 hours of ironing? Certainly no creativity involved in that now is there? I like your blue background, it complements the green and yellow nicely. #7886826

Awesome timing! I do agree about the space - I would add some to the top anda bit to the left too. The lighting, color and focus are great!

Debbie - I am SOOO behind - I have a ton of WWYDs to catch up on! #7886852

Thanks all!

Jeanine - I will have to go back and look at the originalto see if there is any more room at the top. I might have to "make" some. I am traveling this week, so don't have access to my images till Friday, so it will have to wait.

Susan, these are a lot of fun to shoot. This was the first time that I have attempted them. My kids had fun arguing over who got to drop the stuff. If you look in my gallery, you'll see that we branched out from the fruit as well.

Debbie - I would thing you could find something creative to do with the ironing. Perhaps some creatively placed burn marks? How about some texture?

Debbra - If memory serves me, there wasn't much space to the side. I will have to look when I get home.

These are fun to do. I love how the water comes together at the top of the lime then splits.
They are great "family" shots as you need an assistant. #7887519

Beautifully done Jeff with great stop action and perfect timing. I agree with the spacing comments, but those changes will just make an already great shot better. #7887746

Excellent image Jeff...many of us tried this with strawberries a couple months ago and it was fun..love the shape of the gap left by the lime...i would only think about cleaning up some of the debris and tiny bubbles below the surface of the water to make it look cleaner, I don't think it feels all that cramped.. #7887975

Thanks all. I will play with this a bit when I get home. I don't think I have a whole lot of room to gain on the top or the side. #7887982

ironing , life always gets in the way... sorry I am so late getting to this one. Awesome picture, the only thing I would do to it is...I would really clean up the blue so that the eyes stay on the water splash and the lime. (in the blue you are wondering is that bubbles or noise.) great job Jeff more so because it was a family effort. #7889391

I agree with Tony and Rita about cleaning up the blue. I thought it was noise. I don't feel the photo is cramped at all.

I want to learn how to do this. When I tried it . . . whatever I was dropping wouldn't sink below the surface. So frustrating. #7889674
