I could say "been there, done that".
I love the Blue Ridge.
The DOF is outstanding.

The fog was terrible that morning, making it a "white-knuckle ride" through it. Sometimes we could barely see one car length in front of us.

The area is so beautiful, isn't it? We had enjoyed beautiful sunshine on the trip north, but then, a day or so later as we returned, we encountered this heavy fog. But, thankfully, once we'd gotten through it, we traveled in sunshine once again.

I noticed that you entered a photo of a church in Macon, GA. Are you a Georgian, as I am, or were you just visiting the state? #7875560
