Seems like she's taking a rest from here busy schedule,Chris!!! Yeah, I remember this name"Kookaburra" from Grade 3. It had four syllables so I thought it was a cool word........LOL!!!

Chris- Looks like this one needs a bath after all that hard work. Love the name of it, so cool. You did a fantastic job with the focus and getting the colors and features so sharp and clear. Excellent lighting as well. Love the close up of this hard working bird.

Hi Chris,
I love this bird's name... I too saw one at the zoo behind wire mesh.. too hard to get a picture of her.
I find it so wonderful that you have them close by and free..
How are they as characters? I mean, are they gentle, make funny sounds, a happy bird.. they look it to me!

Thanks for you comment on this home builder. They seem friendly enough, will rattle the screen door if I'm to slow taking them so food out. They cackle a lot when I talk to them & always seem to be around if anything is going on in the yard. #8230770
