Description

Lens was the 70-200mm f/2.8 L IS USM set to 80mm and f/2.8. Manual exposure at 1/400 sec. It was the middle of a sunny day so we were in the shade under a big tree. I put a 580EX flash on a stand to the right in order to get some interesting light on her face. We took a few dozen shots here but this one seemed the best due to her expression, her hair, her hand, and the tree trunk. It was difficult not to look at the camera back after every shot because that's my tendency - to look at the captured image and to check the histogram. We probably went over the 10-20 minute goal because I think I work slowly and methodically!
