Description

This was shot 2 days before Canada day. This was taken in Victoria Canada and is of the famous landmark: The Empress Hotel.
The 15 second exposure left the water smooth and flowing allowing for crisp reflections across the harbor. I honestly debated about posting this one as I wasn't sure if it met Jim's requirements. The flowing water is much more subtle than a waterfall or stream, and yet it was the long exposure that smoothed the water out to highlight the beautiful reflections. I will be interested to hear from you all to see if this meets the requirements.

Thanks so much Dominick. Victoria is one of my favorite cities. This photo was posted for a Masterpiece Membership assignment (which explains the odd remarks under the photo.
