Great eye Dale, excellent image here..its a shoe in for an EP in EOD and probably more...i would only consider cloning over the brown chair on the top of edge with one of the gold ones or cropping to a longer horizontal rectangle...actually the longer I look at it the more potential crops I see, but yours is outstanding nonetheless.. #7677661Debbie E. I agree, Dale ... this one has Winner written all over it. Wouldn't change a thing. #7677676

A huge thanks to all my friends at Phellos for the kind comments. Luckily I have the original (I think) of this shot and there is room for many other crops, as some of you have mentioned. This was taken at my Grandson's graduation from Oregon State college last week. #7678779

Great eye Dale! Very nice composition...would have taken me forever to figure out how to frame this! Love that one brown chair.....really adds someting to this shot! :~) #7679834Dale Hardin June 26, 2009 0
Thanks Laura Lee. It was in the nose bleed seats for sure. Here's another shot of the area.Thank you Aimee. As you can see from this other shot, there are lots of variations to this pattern that can be salvaged. I'll be trying them all. #7680394

So you compose shots like this after the fact? Thats a good idea....I always find composing in PS easier than in camera! :~) #7680661Dale Hardin June 26, 2009 0
In this case I did. My lens didn't allow me to get close enough at this location. Usually I compose when I'm shooting. However, I always leave a little extra in case I have to correct for tilt or whatever. #7681303Sharon Lohrmann June 26, 2009 0
great shot dale. I love the coppery tones in the chairs. should do well in the EoD category. #7681602Dale Hardin June 27, 2009 0
