"...Moon burn ?..."

This is composed as follows, the top of a traffic orange cone, nautral debris from on the ground around the cone driven by the wind, a Y-2 filter, the sunlight entering the cone from the side away from me, as seen in my view-finder, Macro hand-held. There is no other manipulation in any photo-program to achieve this rendering. What do you see?
