Ann, thank you very much. I have looked at your gallery and love all of your shots of ducklings. That is something I have yet to make a successful photo of and I envy your skill.

Dominick I really appreciate your comments. You have such a wonderful collection of shots in your gallery. I have visited it a number of times for inspiration. #7472532

Mike, You captured this superbly. What detail - I'm gobsmacked by the delicacy of the feathers. Did you use a tripod? #7491440

Judy thank you very much/

Kathe thank you, no tripod on this one though I use one frequently. Many times with animal shots the tripod is not quick enough for me. By the time I reset I missed the shot. So while this guy was still and I could have used it I did not have it with me.

Thank you Aimee. I sure appreciate the thought and your kind words. #7492180

And it's on its way! Congrats! I thought of you today when I was going to my inlaws next door! They have lakes and there was a Great Blue Heron standing in one of them! I bet you could have gotten a great shot of it! :~) #7496583

Thank you Aimee, I would have loved to try. We have a Blue Heron here that I have been trying to get a decent shot of for 2 years. He sees me anywhere near and he flies off.

Dianna thank you so much - I love wows and sure appreciate your stopping by to comment.
