Description

I was out shooting recently with an old camera body. (A Petri 7S) This camera is getting pretty beat up. The meter doesn't work, the flash hot shoe fell off, the framelines in the viewfinder are crooked and now there's a loose screw inside the camera that jams it up. Why do I use it when I have about a dozen other cameras ? I guess because it's fun to play around with. I like to guess exposures with it. I bought it for 10 dollars from a friend who found it in his attic while he was cleaning. I figured if it worked at all it would be fun to play with. Anyway, I was shooting at night with it recently and it jammed up on me twice on a roll of film. While I was shaking it around trying to get it unjammed it was taking pictures. This is the result of those pictures. So, The question is, Did I screw up 2 frames on the roll or did I figure out a new way to create abstract art ? Petri 7S and Kodak Elite Chrome 100 that was 7 years past expiration date of 2002. F16 on Bulb setting.
