Description

F 2.8, 1/50, ISO 100 Macro. A box of shells from a second-hand store will provide me hours of cheap entertainment. I love the colors, shapes and textures.

Very cool composition, Dorothy! My daugther would be in heaven with all those great shells. She looks for sea shells everytime we go to the lake, even though I tell her that there aren't any in fresh water, she insists on looking anyhow...lol! #1244952

Hi Sharon and thanks. Truth to tell, your beautiful shell images were inspiration for me in taking this. I paid $8 for my box of shells, and they are spread out right now on a table that's about 2 feet by 4. As time permits, I'm getting ideas about some different shell arrangements, so I may take some that are quite different from this one. #1246368
