And give away my secret? Actually I thought I described it well in the description, but looking back, I can see no description :)
Okay, here's what I did.
I took the center leaf out of my kitchen table, (which is in the basement because the kitchen is too small), and inserted a tripod with camera mounted and angled downward.
Then I moved my cooling cup of coffee, (hot fogs up the lens) to where the lens was pointing.
Next I moved my head until I could see the lens reflecting in the coffee, and used timer release.
Well the photo came out looking like a cup of black coffee, with no "ME" in it. SO...
With a bright light in hand, I illuminated my face and tried again.
Finally, after downloading the image from the camera, I had to rotate it 180 degrees, because in the actual photo I appeared upside down. :)

P.S. I drink my coffee black, but I'm wondering if you couldn't still get a good reflection with cream and sugar added? If you try it, let me know ho it turns out. :)
