Description

These little guys arrived before I had a chance to clear up the winter sweetgum balls and dandilions but they sure are welcome.

I am not really a "flower-child" but after a long winter it is so good to see the first crocus and daffodils.
I would really appreciate any constructive crits from all of you that specialize in flower images. #1102808

I really like this photo. The purple really looks great against the green and brown articles.
I like the back of the tree trunk showing a bit. It adds detail to the photo.

You are very kind Debbie. Thank you!
It is still cold and wet here (central Illinois)so the crocus and daffs are still very much in bloom. They certainly brighten up the grey days.

Oh I love this photo Peter! I hve one almost like it but closer up and not as much lighting. Aren't crocuses the best? Wonderful capture #7630528

Thanks Meghan. I took a look at your crocus image and I think we had similar thoughts when these appeared in our yards. A simple clump of crocuses is for me much more meaningful than straight rows of tulips in carefully planned gardens. #7632045
