Thanks, Jeanine. Yes - its working now... Thanks to Aimee. She had to come over and help me out. Thanks for sharing the filter info with us.

Took this shot this weekend. My brother was in for a visit and he just loves our little beagle, Daisy. #7267202

Yes Aimee - once we get our plans finalized would love it if you could help me load more. (If you can bear to work on an old, antiquadated machine like mine, and unlike your new computer.)

As tough as Roger is on the exterior - he's all heart on the inside. Thanks for likin the shot. #7267648

Everyone is sooo right about this shot Esther. A real winner. love the comp and the look. Like the tone you selected also.

No need to change a thing on this one, but ....... if you want to play around and experiment just for the fun of it there are a couple of things you can try. Such as selectively using your "enhancements-lighting-shadows and high light" at the default setting to selectively open the shadow just on the head of the dog.

Another thing to try is to delete the second catch light. The bottom one. Then increase the top one slightly.

Although this great shot is a keeper just as it is, these small changes can cast a new look and you may even like them. #7269617

Dale - I just love you for always giving me something more to think about. You're the best -and I'll try your suggestions

Such an endearing shot, Ellen. Love how they are looking eye-to-eye and how that kind of creates a diagonal line. Very well composed and thought out shot. Where do you enter a picture like this; People or Pets??? Decisions, decisions. I say "Both"! #7271624

Anthony L. Mancuso March 11, 2009

Dogs are people too!...i vote to enter it in people!! #7272275

Aimee C. Eisaman March 11, 2009

IF those don't work thats what catch-all is for! #7272412

Thanks Anthony and Aimee. So glad I looked last night and noticed this EP. My brother is leaving today to go back to WV and was just tickled to death to be able to share this EP with Daisy. I printed him a copy to take home. #7307059
