I would really appreciate a critique on this as a piece of "street photography"
Not the technical merits of sharpness, color, etc that makes for a perfect image but rather, whether or not this is something that would hold your attention for a while. Does it make you curious about the circumstances or perhaps even "Oh Yeh! Been there!"
I thought that perhaps this was not the moment to ask her to sign a model release form so I cropped out her face! #1067078

Peter, I don't think the title fits since we can't see the offender. I street level view that shows the 2 people and the motorcycle would work better in my opinion. This view doens't convey any drama for me. #7025024

Yes, I chickened out on this Dennis. I don't get paranoic about showing someone about an innocent pursuit but I thought that as a cop was involved I might be treading a fine line. She could of course have just asked for directions and he was drawing a map for her. Probably if I hadn't mentioned a ticket there wouldn't be a problem.
The more I read about model releases for street shots and the like the more confusing legal opinion seems to be.
