Raquel and Terri, thank you both for your kind comments.
I am not really into portraiture and don't have lights etc so as I said, this was more of an experiment with a Ps plugin. It was shot in natural light in my living room at f2.5; 1/80sec; 50mm fl and ISO 200. With the very shallow depth of field with this lens I decided to hang a newspaper over the back of the chair; focus on the headlines then move the chair forward by the distance I measured from my nose to my ear (really!). Then it was, set the self timer, dash back to chair and the Mona Lisa smile says "Why am I doing this!"
I then used PhotoblastPro b&w converter and PS sepia filter set to low opacity.
And this is why I prefer to shoot boats.
