Twirling Nebula
Description: Done in Photoshop. Start out with rendered clouds. Then applied pixelation and radial bloor (100%, best quality and zoom method). Afterwards, applied Twirl to it. Copy the layer and apply Twirl again but with a different degree. Copy again the layer and apply a different Twirl. Afterards, went to each layer and applied color.
