Beauty and the Beast

Description

This is my beautiful cousin Trina and her ten year old son Ben. This past Tuesday, the beast that is cancer took her from us after an almost four year long battle. Trina's legacy will be the kindness she always showed others and the strength of will with which she fought her disease. In a twist of irony, she died on the birthday of our cousin Wendy who passed on last month after her own battle with cancer.

Ben is hurting very much right now but, luckily, my family is providing a lot of support to him and I know from experience that he will get through this in time. We will make sure he has many photos to go with all the wonderful memories of his mother. #6794404
