One bottle and a 30 second exposure. Placing a black felt cover over the lens while panning, I panned the camera across the frame to create several bottles. No manipulation such as cut/paste. Basic editing done in PS CS for color and brightness.

Sharon:
Not only creative but very well done! I noticed there is a color cast on the black background (orange) between the bottles as compared to the black background around the edges. This happens to my photos also when using a black background and strong colors. Does anyone have a solution regarding this color cast? #1202234

Sharon Day March 24, 2005

Hi Frank,
I was trying to stay away from Photoshop completely on this image because it was an in-camera special effect. I don't know of a way to keep the light from reflecting on the black BG so hopefully someone can answer that for us. I opened the image in Photoshop again and used Selective Color to darken the background. I had to do this 3x to get it completely black. I then used the History brush to remove the areas that were too dark. I finished up by using the Burn tool to go around and hit the areas missed by Selective Color. Hope this helps. #1203000
