Thank you, Max and Karen.
Max, I also feel that this primate seems almost like a human in prayer. I, too, did not want to offend. Originally wanted to title this, 'The Prayer,' but went safer with 'Simply.'

An unusual happening occurred as I took this photograph. There were actually four of these monkeys, in almost the same contemplative position, facing the same direction, and spaced each about 6 feet from eachother. Such an unusual sight; looked as if they were in a ritual of sorts. Had my Sigma 150-500 on the lens, and was (frustratingly) unable to capture the group shot.
Primates never cease to amaze me!

Beautiful image, Lisa!! Since we really have no way of knowing what they are thinking, perhaps they do pray in their own way!! Beautiful expression, pose and great soft and simple bg!! A very touching image!! #6767774

Dynamic composition Lisa.

The negative space gives the shot much interest.
The background is also an asset to the image. #6931649
