Good morning Melissa. Yesterday I stood looking at our yard wondering where to even start with cleaning it up and it was so overwhelming that I decided to just photograph it instead!
In our one acre yard we have an assortment of 42 trees varying from 12ft high to massive 60ft high sweetgums, pinoaks, sycamore, osage orange and a maple plus a few spruces, firs and pines. When I lived in England we would only refer to this time of the year as "Autumn" but now, living here in the USA I understand why for many it is the Fall. Too right!! We have more leaves falling on the ground than there are dollars in the national debt!
Perhaps when the sun comes out later I shall just lay in that hammock and hope the wind makes my leaves the neighbor's problem!
Thank you for your much appreciated comment.
