Original is a photo of one of my roses, which I duplicated, resized, and transfered to several combined grunge and texture layers. I have as much fun hunting down and photographing cool textures as I do the flowers!
Thanks for looking!

Great job on this one, Cindy! I would love to learn how to do this! Do you have any tutorials to recommend? Very nicely presented with the three roses and the white/brown grunge to set it off. love it! #6704474Barbara Waldoch November 03, 2008

Karen, Barbara, Stef, Margaret, Brett and Kathleen - thank you all for you kind and gracious comments! Thanks everybody for your well-wishes regarding my back surgery. It will be 4 weeks Monday the 10th since my surgery. While not totally pain free and still movement restricted, I'm off narcotics and feeling a bit better each every day. I'm really glad its behind me -- its been tough on everybody and the recovery has not been the least bit easy.
Karen - no, I don't know of any tutorials, but I didn't search it out. I just went through my files and selected images that I thought would work together - its a bit of an experiment. #6730617

How did I miss this! Just realized I overlooked it when this was attached at the bottom of email you sent to me other day. This is quite an artwork Cindy! Composite is exquisite.
