Just an interesting entrance way to a cottage in the Cornish village of St Ives.

This would have been beautiful with better balance. It's right side heavy. It needs something on the left. I would have dragged a few of those pots over to the other side and then dragged them back when I was finished. Or a bicycle, or just anything to keep the eye from falling off the right side. #994834Peter W. Marks September 08, 2008
Thank you very much Ellen! I have taken onboard what you said and it gives me food for thought. I do appreciate folk who make constructive critiques as this is what BP should be all about.Peter W. Marks September 09, 2008
As per your suggestion Ellen I have "dragged" a stone trough with flowers to the other side of the image. I am now 4000 miles from St Ives so used virtual dragging by using an image made a couple of years back in a different part of Cornwall, UK. Perhaps you would be so kind as to take a look at the manipulated image either in my gallery or on the recent contest entries in the Travel and Place section.Pete #6432338
