Thank you very much Gail. This is a place that I have visited for around 60 of my seventy years and practically nothing has changed in all that time. Thank you Dawn. When we vacation back in England each year, nostalgia is a powerful draw to places known since childhood. Sometimes that is setting oneself up for disappointment as the shear volume of people and cars overwhelm some beauty spots but fortunately most folk aren't comfortable with little country lanes that have hedgerows that sweep both door mirrors simultaneously and require occasional backing up as one meets an oncoming tractor or car.
