Description

This photo aired over Rocky Mountain Public Broadcast in the fall of 2008. It was fantastic honor to be chosen out of hundreds of photos that were submitted.
The color in this photo is just as it was the morning I took it. Captured very early and the Harvest moon was setting down behind Long's Peak and is reflecting in the water.

Melissa- Good evening my dear friend. Stunning beauty. What an amazing work you have done here with this most God touched place. The beauty just leaves you with a feeling of being in another world, away from the hustle and rat race that life can be at times.
Soothing colors that treat the eyes and mends the soul. Love the soft blues of the sky and water and the brilliant red of the trees. Incredible features of the reflections and that harvest moon and the reflection of it in the water. The water so calm and like a sheet of glass. Lighting and clarity are extraordinary.
A beautiful, relaxing, picture of a place that artist like yourself should capture in pictures, or a poet to wrtied about.
