Description

The last time I was up in Wisconsin visiting family, I did manage to get over to an area that is now harnessing wind power. The wind farm is located on the Niagara Escarpment a couple of miles east of the Horicon Marsh. It is an amazing site with these huge wind turbines sprinkled across the countryside.

Comments welcome and appreciated!

Love the combination of old and new with the barn and the wind turbines.

We have an area not far from here where they have 17 of these massive wind turbines on a small mountain. Sadly the energy created goes to Canada instead of staying in our area. #6235561
