For the PG101 "My Father" Theme...

I'll Give you a Daisy a Day Dear...
I'll Give you a Daisy A Day...
I'll Love you Until the Rivers Run Still...
And the Four Winds we Know Blow Away...

My dad sang this often when I was a child, And as an adult, I can not find a version of it I like better than his..:( It's been a long time sentimental fav. of mine because of it... He can't sing anymore due to a medical procedure he had done to help stop the seizures he has, a device was placed in is neck that shocks him gently when one starts, and it's ruined his voice... I am so saddened by that... I miss it very much..:(

For all the wonderful songs you sang to me dad...It's one of my fondest memories of childhood... Thank you... I love you!!

Tear jerker description, Kara! How wonderful to have a Father like that and to know his love and love him in return. That is a rich inheritance. My best friend had the same procedure done and I'm sorry you can't hear him sing anymore but you will always hear it in your heart :-) #6042824

Very sad but sweet dedication Kara! I'm so glad you have such fond memories of a father's comforting voice! My father used to sing to us too. At bedtime he would pick up his guitar... and those songs will forever hold special memories for me too. Beautiful image by the way :o) #6043137
