Depth of Field

Uploaded: June 01, 2008 13:13:21

Description

I love shallow depth of field whereby the subject just ends up popping! This orange-yellow colored snail clinging onto a post didn't move so quickly (haha), so I was able to take my time with this telephoto and large aperture shot. A set of trees, about 100 metres away, act as backdrop to create the green creamy background.

Exif: F Number: 2.8, Exposure Bias Value: -1.00, ExposureTime: 1/800 seconds, Flash: did not fire, compulsory flash mode, ISO: 100, White balance: Auto white balance, FocalLength: 200.00 mm, Model: Canon EOS 20D
