Construction Sequence 1
Description: For the last assignment, I decided to photograph close to home, at a construction site on the campus where I teach. I had walked by this site many times on my way to classes or meetings, but had seen it more as an annoyance than as a photo opportunity. I was hoping to capture an interaction between human beings and machines, or human beings and architecture. Each photograph represents a mini-sequence in itself, as I took several photos of each subject, from different perspectives. I think I like this first one best, even though the human being is a small part of it, because of the patterns and the strong diagonals of the composition.
