Hopefully this is what our potatoes will look like in a few weeks. We are still planting. Depending on weather and break downs we should be finished by the weekend. :)

Roxanne- Good day my dear friend. Wow, thats alot of french fries. I find the presentations you do on the operations of being a potaoto farmer so interesting. The equipment used and thr processes that go on to have a successful crop are all fasinating.
