Neighbors add holiday humor to their garden art.

Very cute, Patricia, and nice diagonal arrangement. Are they made out of clay? #14912Patricia Marroquin May 26, 2019
Yes, I believe so Janelle. They're pottery that the neighbors have lining their front walkway all year round. I had to laugh when, as I was walking the dogs, I saw that they had put Santa's caps on each of them. :-) #28781Gerda Grice May 26, 2019
I love this. The composition and the colours and the perspective you've chosen make this a real winner in my books. It's lots of fun, too. #28806Patricia Marroquin May 26, 2019
Thanks a lot, Gerda. I did adjust the colors a bit in PS Elements, though the grass has turned yellow/brown for the winter. ... I'll have to thank my neighbors for arranging their pottery this way. :-) #28807Patricia Petit May 26, 2019
The perspective is fantastic. I also like the cartoon/artistic look to it that you did in photoshop. It goes well with the picture and clay faces. #28890Patricia Petit May 26, 2019
I must add that your neighbors should make this photo you posted, just like it is their christmas card. :) #28892Patricia Marroquin May 26, 2019
Thanks, Patricia. I tried the dry brush and oil paint effects on this and liked the way it looked, so I kept them. #28899Sign up for an interactive online photography course to get critiques on your photos.
