Description

A wondrous Japanese Maple tree sitting ontop a small knoll in mid-autumn. I was lucky with this one; apparently this tree's leaves turn its brightest red on one or two days in the autumn and I am glad I happened to pick the correct day to visit the gardens :)
Canon 350D ~ 17-40mm lens (@17mm) ~ 1/100 sec @ 400 ISO ~ f/7.1
