The sign reads: French: Baignade = English: bathe, swim, bathing place
And yes, the sign and boat are under water

Lovely light and colors and the natural ripple effects created by the boat's being under the water are very cool. Composition is just right with the subtle diagonals of the lines of the boat and the bank and water leading us into the image very nicely. #5741721
